Okay, so here is what I have to start out with:
12 Indian Prefolds (Infant Size)
2 Fitted Diapers (Babykicks)
3 Pocket Diapers (Kawaii Heavy Wetter, Happy Heinys)
I have a several more items in larger sizes (including a dozen more prefolds), but this is what fits him currently
(He is almost 8 weeks and 9.5 lbs)
As you can see this list varies greatly from my original plan....I figured it would ;)
I'm using both cloth wipes and disposable. Between the oodles of wipes that I made and the oodles of little baby washcloths that I was given at my showers, I won't ever run out. I am very much a fan of those little baby washcloths - ya know, the ones that come in packages of 4 for $0.99 at Walmart - they work fantastic as wipes!
I have not yet made my cloth wipes solution - I am just using water in a peri-bottle and it's working great. I bought a bottle of CJ's Butter for diaper rash and it smells amazing. He hasn't had any problems with red tushy yet, but I had to try it out a few times anyway.
So far I am really liking our diapers. They have worked flawlessly! He did have a small leak once (just pee) because I didn't have the cover on a tight enough setting. When he gets a little bigger I won't have to worry about that anymore. My favorite combination is a Flip cover with a prefold tri-folded inside.
Here are pictures of all the colors and prints I chose!
The Diaper Safari covers do not show up the right colors online - particularly the light green and the yellow.

Fun fun fun! Glad you're liking it! And your little pineapple is adorable, by the way. Two suggestions for you which you are free take or leave:
I have a recipe for homemade rash cream. LOVE IT, and it is a third the price of CJs.
I tried the peri bottle for awhile, but I eventually got sick of a freezing cold wipe on my babies tush, so I switched to cloth wipes and solution (water with a small squirt of baby wash and a squirt of Grapefruitseed Extract) in a wipes warmer. Works FANTASTIC!
